Welcome to the second special issue of Tech Torq. It’s been over 25 years since HEAVY DUTY began publication and one thing has been crystal clear along the way – our readers are very tech savvy when it comes to their motorcycles. Yet despite this there is a hunger out there for more information on various technical aspects. Nevertheless, some questions are recurrent, especially those concerning oils and performance modifications and regular readers will know that I most often call on experts in the various fields for answers. These might be from Harley-Davidson Australia, S&S Cycle, Baker Drivetrain or similar, but you can be sure that when you receive the answer that your question has been well researched.
